Since his message box is full, I decided to post it on here and so everyone could learn about 250's starters.
My SX solenoid(starter relay) only clicked on the hit of the button, would only spin randomly when it was connected loosly.
I got it fixed!
Turned out that the problem was dirty brushes an starter.There was carbon powder everywhere!I sanded the commutator and blew everything out.Indeed, my brushes are done, they need replacement. I decided to put it back together anyway to try out if there was any changes, it spinned even all tighten down.I'ma keep it like until it stop working, then I'll know what to change, brushes. Quite an easy fix with the manual.
