They are well known to rust themselves in solid. Some people have had to cut the bolt in half to get it out. Your best bet is to do a search on it.

For the stainless bolts:

You kind of caught everyone in the midst of Trikefest so it may take you a while to get a hold of him.

just save your self alot of jacking around and cut it with a saw Z all. if they are that stubborn to get out it is going to be ruined anyway.
it is alot easier to press out on the work bench then beating it to smithereens still in the frame,,,IMO.
Then you order a new stainless steel one from http://www.3wheelerworld.com/member.php?2679-Yamahondaman

I find that a larger sized (deep) socket (like 1 1/4 or so) over the head of the bolt works great. Bolt head and flange fits loosely down into socket. I get em all out fast now. Tip tryke over on its side with pivot bolt head facing down. Put larger socket (modified if ya want no frame marks/damage) in place use HD 1/2 in extension down to concrete floor with a 1/4 in metal plate over thin wood on floor, stack it all up good and BAM! Its moving out already. Seems the frame acts like a "spring" otherwise. It spreads and flexes back with every hit.
