85 tecate on ebay sold today for $740!! Anybody on here?

A sweet 1985 Tecate sold for $740 today on ebay. Up around Syracuse, NY. Wondering if it was anyone on here. Whoever it was got a smokin deal.

I got beat out on it for 10 bucks, I was bidding on it all week, the one in carthage ny right? looked right for the price to me, 5 hr ride though.

Ya, I was bidding on it too. 3 1/2 hour ride for me. Looked sweet for the price. Cant believe it went so cheap!

I was watching that on Ebay as well.. Looks like a pretty good deal.

I emailed the seller, seemed to have the right answers regarding compression, air leak test,clutch, bearings etc.I believe he told me the compression was 150-160 currently, stock reeds,homemade intake(was pictured) bottom end seals and some other minor upgrades.It would be almost 6 hrs 1 way for me to get it, but for the price it was worth it for sure.Did anybody here buy it by chance?
