i have the chance to get one for dirt cheap & in good shape, only needs the top end rebuilt (so im told) so would it be worth it to buy it or just for get it? where could i find parts?

I would get it, Cagivas hold their value very well. Parts are very hard to find, but search hard, and you'll find it.
I would suggest getting a old VMX magazine. They have a lot of sources for rare bikes, like the Rokon 340 and CZ's, as well as the italian MXers.

how cheap is dirt cheap? like a couple hundred??? if so i would snatch it up and part it out if u need some cash.

he wants $300 for it, i cobuuld most likely talk him down but after rebuildin my z im pretty broke & cant buy it, but i been trying to trade for it.
