was at a party on the forth at my uncles!! He is a major reason i love atc's!! bikes are crammed in the shed, but i thought id snap a few shots. i been drooling over these for 20 years!! the 84 he's had since 85, and the 86 since 89!! awsome machines they are. the xr 80 was my first bike, bought it with paper route money brand new in 88 i believe. My uncle bought it off me when i upgraded in 91. So cool that he still has it, and it is still mint. Hopefully one day i can bu it back from him for my son!!

That is one nice looking blue tank on that 70. Did the blue 70's all come with the blue airfilter covers? Looks like he keeps darn good care of his machines. Thanks for sharing....

Those are some nice looking bikes your uncle has there. Now all he needs are the fenders for that blue 83 xmas.

Very nice collection!
That's a shame he doesn't have the blue fenders for the ATC70. That's the ultra rare Christmas edition!! That fetches big bucks if its complete (with matching fenders)!!!

i rode the 80 alot, but mostly on great rides with my dad, and uncle(adults)lol. My dad seldom let me take it out by my self, because of the pack of drooling neiborhood kids always waiting for a ride!! I used to sneak it out every once in awhile and scream it across the golf course. The one time i let my buddy ride it, i remember seeing him go around the house, wipe out, throttle stuck in the ground wide open and he gets up and runs away leaving it there winding out!!! After that, the xr didnt see to many other riders other than myself, and i was always taught proper maintenance and cleaning. I love the oldschool simpson helmet. he still wears it on every ride. Not sure if its a lonestar swinger?? He also has a 250es, and a 350x, and a nice fatcat that i have posted a pic of on here before. Shed is somewhere in the Masshole!! thats all ya get!!

compliments on the up keep man great collection there and i know what ya mean about the neighbor kids i grew up riding dirtbikes and they all wanted to ride em. most of my friends had bikes of their own so we would just trade for awhile but theres always that kid that would say they knew how to ride till they couldnt figure out how to get out of first !

I wish I had a small XR again, resilient they are.
Cool collection though, I like the Air R chilling in the corner.
