Anybody ever use one of these off of ebay? I am having a hard time finding an oem and was thinking about buying one of the plastic ones but don't know if they are any good. Any input would be great.

I bought a plastic tank off Ebay for my old 200. It was a nice tank and fit OK except I had to file down the area where the petcock bolts to, to get it totally flat. Probably filed on it for about 45 minutes to make it totally flush so it wouldnt leak. I called the company and of course they said only about 1 in every couple hundred tanks is like that.

Plastic tanks work great, but Clarke is expensive... the other ones they sell on ebay work fine for half the price.

I have used a lot of Clarke 70 tanks and they are good. Just get the cheapest one as they are all the same. I notice some sellers are charging twice as much as others for the same thing. I think around $85 is the best price.
