head question!

i boutgh what i thought was a klt250 , it came with a spare motor, i was happy, but turns outs the bike has a 200 put in it, and the motor i think is the 250, but the crankcases are both different, one is kz200 and the other 1 thats not in the bike is kz250. what am i dealing with here and they both have 198cc heads, what am i dealing with here? help plz thanks
