hello I just got a new barnett cluch for my trike and now it wont disingage? when i pull the cluch lever it just fulls to the crip? i have ajusted the cable too, the cluch worked fine before the swap!!! just slipping really bad ..all i replaced was the springs and the friction pads......???:mad:

sounds like your actuator is missing the clutch rod,youll have to pull the side cover back off and realign

take one step at a time and don't jump to some thing that can't really be out of alignment- you clutch rod. The clutch rod can't really miss the actuator unless its worn, if its worn then replace it. But first take of the cover and pull the clutch... dose it move and if so enough?
First you said you replaced your disks? Did you soak them? Probly- but they are still sticking- roll down a hill and bump start your bike in which ever gear is best for you then get decent revs, hold the clutch in- the nothing should happen if it dosn't dissengage- then start applying the rear brake. If the motor starts to die then give it more power. Do you understand what you are doing when you do this? If so try it...
