Whats it worth?

Ok I have a chance to buy a 1986 250R. And I really want to pick it up and I'm prayin that he still has it when I do have the money together. It's completely stock and runnin great. Only thing it needs is fork seals and maybe some tires later. He wants $1200 obo for it. The bad thing about it is I cant test run. Because he's on a different island and its gonna cost me close to $300 to ship it to me. He sounds like a cool up n up guy on the phone though. I was just wondering if its worth it.

There is also a 200s for sale here but the guy didnt give me a price that he wanted for it yet. But i'm leanin more towards the 250R, since I already have a trimoto 175 that I got in a trade for a set of big block headers.

I had my posting on craigslist for about 2 months until those 2 guys emailed me.
Yea I was just wondering what the market value for a stock R is.
Plus I gotta add close to $300 for the shipping.
