82 atc200 help

so i got the 200 running all new tires new pull rope. i rode it but when i put it into gear it jumps please help..i think it is idleing to high i douno off hand

Did you try a clutch adjustment? Maybe kick the idle down a bit? Turn down the idle a bit, if it's better do it again until you find that it runs and idles fine and doesnt lurch when you put it in gear.,

i am going to look into that tomorrow. to bad i can not do that right now it is dark lol...how do u know if you have 2.5 lbs of air in the tires b/c my tire gage only come out if they have over 10lbs in there i was thinking about a digital one..it is bouncing around too much

They make tire gauges that read the lower pressures
