Well local TV showed the darn Seahawks and Arizona game today, I'd did'nt want to be the only one who watched it, so I went out and worked on the trikes, the white 350x bars looked crusty, I found a old renthal bar in the shop and decided to sandblast it and polish it. came out nice. I also mounted my gps on there for a speedo. braided the brake line and polished the mastercylinder. Tired now, but its been bugging me and one more project out of the way. I also put the master rebuild kit on the other 350x, I have brakes now!!!!

As I've mentioned before you're X's are so hot. That GPS looks funny on there, but it serves the purpose well. I got 2 questions for you or anybody reading really:
How do I know my master cylinder needs rebuilt for sure?
I got some chrome finish (I think) bars that are a little rusty and I was thinking I'd sandblast the chrome off and get that bare metal finsh going on and then go to the dollar store and get a can of clearcoat. Will that look good and will a sandblaster kill chrome fairly easily?

Its a garmin etrex, I've had it for a couple years, I store all my dive locations on it. its cheap and I can hook it up to my PC and upload stuff into it.

What kind of dive spots are there in Oregon?

Rough ones, a long walk off Jettys big rocks with all your gear, then when you get down only 5 ft vis on a good day. there's some nice dives but its a bunch of work. you really have to time slack just right. Oh and the 50 degree water! Great spearfishing though. Lingcod, cabizon, rockfish, Up in Washington is nice though, in the Puget Sound there's tons of nice diving up there. I dove the Keys, Cabo, Hawaii, But I would choose Washington as one of the most diverse places to dive, you have great vis, 20ft or more. and tons of plant life. Ocopus and a ton of monster fish. Wolf eel's. I like diving in the Kelp the best. There's a book, Northwest boat dives if your interested in coming up.

Here's a pic of the wolf eel, blind as a bat, they'll eat sea urchins and crabs right out of your hand. and sometimes your hand.
