1986 Atc 350x price

Hey guys,
I am looking at buying this bike for a local guy. It runs good and is in overall great shape. he is asking 1300 but is willing to deal, I was going to offer 900 and go from there but am not sure if that is too high. Let me know what you think. Thanks

thats top dollar for that machine.if you really want it buy it.try to get it for under 1000.00 though.its also hard to tell from the pics cause everything under the plastics is flat black,everything.

In my area, 350x's under $1K need new plastic, tires or to be put back together. The couple nices ones I have seen have been $2K+. If I ran up on 1 that looked that good and ran within driving distance for that money, It would be hard to pass it up. If the 200x was completed I think I'd send him an offer of $1600 for the pair ($1200 and $400).
