I happen to know this because I was just looking it up when I saw your message.;)
22 x 11.0-8 Both Front and Rear. Inflate to 2.5 PSI
I do have a question to add to yours if you dont mind. Does anyone know if a thinner tire in the front would give any better steering handling or is it best to stay with the stock size tire?

The thinner tire will in fact give you better handling and steering. Alot of people put 200x front ends on the SX.
