I cant remember how to rewind spring and rope on recoil starter. I have messed around for 2 hrs. now.I wound the spring on the bench and sat it inside the pulley,installed pulley into the housingans wound the rope on. Not working,can someone walk me through ? Thanks in advance ! Joe
