There is another harescramble at LIne mountian on sept. 18th and 19th. It's near Dornsife PA and there web site is www.lm4w.org
The legendary 7 miler is saturday the 18th and starts at 9:00 and they have drag racing and a small course races on sunday 19th. IT's a rough one that will seperate the men from the boys.
You are aloud to camp friday threw sunday for a $20 gate fee and can leave to get food and stuff and come back. Racing on saturday is $40 and pays back money and trophies.

Wow! 3wheeler harescramble that would totally be brutal its hard enough to run a 2 hour harescramble on a quad. Wish they would have something like that closer to me.

Raffa the race is saturday same times as the 3 1/2 miler.
I'm definitly going to matter what even if i have to race by my lonesome. My goal then will be to see how many quads i can pass. At the 3 1/2 miler i would have gotten 11th out of 25 in the 4 stroke quad class if i had started with them

I won and there was 3 people. Nobody from the site just two local dudes.
The one guy on a 86 200x was faster then me on the 1st lap but he quit after that lap so he got 3rd. He was a guy i used to race MX with back in the day. The other local guy on a atc250r got 2nd and was 22 minutes behind me.
since it was the 40th anniversary the sign up fee was only $20 and they doubled the payback i got $120 for only 3 people. Only got $80 when there was 7 at the 3 1/2 miler. The trophies were bigger also was about 3 feet tall. They spent $4000 on a cool fire wroks show also and had a pig roast for $5 a ticket
MY time was 1 hour 2 minutes for my 2 laps. according to the overall i was 20th out of 55 total and would have been 8th out of 27 in the 4 stroke quad class. Cool feeling to whoop on some quads.

Good stuff Jason. I wish I could have made it again but I have a lot of stuff going on right now. I remember you doing the race in about 45 minutes last time, why did it take so much longer? I thought this was the same course as the June one that I was in.

Hey what up John
This race was the 7 miler so the course was way longer it was 1 hour to do 2 laps. The spring one you raced was the 3 1/2 miler we did 3 laps. They add the extra track out the valley farther. You actually for the 7 miler race on the 3 1/2 course backwards plus the extra added out farther. We went down the big hill.
You definitly have to come tto the Coal Bucket race next year only about a 1/4 mile or so off rocks and to real big grass fields you get get flat out on those.

Oh, I thought the one last month was the same as the first one. Now I really wish I could have made it. LOL! If I wasn't gone on vacation when they had the coal bucket I'd have been down there for sure. Next year!!
