View Full Version : When ATC's became illegal what happened to production?

There were a million+ what happened to the 1986 year production that had to be disassembled by dealers and sent back to Honda, i cant picture them destroying all of that overhead when they could have sold it to other countries..right? did asia and south america/africa get alot of trikes? i know they go crazy over them down under..

oh and look at what this guy wrote about three wheelers: worst ever---

Yeah, most of us read that before, but thanks for sharing - Man, they even hated the YZ490!!

The "agreement" took effect in 88, few 87's were even imported, 88's are rumored to have been sparsely available (Canada). They (the manufacturers) knew it was coming, sorry but there is no secrete stash of mint 250R's hidden in a warehouse in the desolate mountain region of Kentucky...
