Well I bought more 3 wheelers. After deciding one day that I wanted another one, I found a 78 ATC 90, and bought it for 50 bucks after I talked the guy down from his $125 price. It doesnt run right now but has compression and spark so I'll make threads about getting it running. The next week I decided I better buy some more and maybe another one for parts. Well I ended up with another 3, haha. I need help with figuring out what years they are though. I know one is a 78 like my other one. It seems to be converted to coil for spark. Good compression. Not sure if it works yet because I'm pretty sure you need a battery for that right? The other 2 have spark and compression, so they should be easy. I'm going to clean the carbs on all of them, and clean and reseal the tanks on all of them. My goal is to at least get all of them running, then eventually buy tires for the new 3 I picked up. The tires on my first one are good, just leak air after a week or so. Can you guys tell me what years the 2 that I don't know are, or do you need the vin's? Well heres the pics... Oh ya, the guy wanted 300 for the 3 I picked up a few days ago, I offered him $100 and he took it.

Those balloon tires are beyond shot. Huge ass holes and tears in them. Is there anywhere I can buy tires that fit those rims or not? The rims are like 3 inches.

pretty sure your out of luck with that.you can try to find some tires in good shape and buy them or swap axles and hubs and wheels and run newer style tires

You can use adapters to make the newer style rims work, like these http://www.3wheelerworld.com/showthread.php?118689-US90-BALLOON-TO-REGULAR-TIRES-RIMS-HUB-ADAPTERS-60-NIB-shipped OR, swap out the axles with newer style ones and then use regular rims(that's what I did with mine). Those 2 in the middle have 1976 tanks on them, but the balloon tires were discontinued in 1974... the outer 2 have 1977/1978 tanks on them.

Nice pick up. It is a shame that the balloon tires are shot. The conversion kit is a simple process. Follow that link.
What city are you in? I think I saw that ad for the 3 last week and forgot all about it. Nice buy!

Here are two rear and one front balloon tires on ebay right now. They look to be normal condition, meaning they are worn and might hold air. Tough to find none the less. Good find and good luck!

Dang, too bad those balloons don't hold air. Even good condition ones that hold air are worth big bucks.
I was talking with a guy up here who has a butt load of trikes in his yard, and we got on the subject of the balloon tires. He has a 100% OEM yet of them with the mold nipples still on them, never used, and he denied an offer for $6000 for all 3. He was saying a honda restoration expert tried to buy them off of him.
As for what year, they all look like 1980, but look on the steering stem for the decal that says what year.

Like I said, the 2 newer ones say 1978 for the years. But the other 2 don't have the year tags like the 78's do. They just have VIN numbers on the front part of the frames. And Karb, I got them in Warren, MN. But I'm from Fargo.

check on the 3ww home page , go to pic pages then broceure site, might help if parts are original anyway the tank decals are the easy identifiers just look through the broceures and try to match what u got.

Haha, my neighbors are used to me pulling anything that has a motor home all the time. I buy and sell things like you wouldn't believe. Mostly I've been buying and not selling because I get attached, haha. I'm the youngest person around my neighborhood by far, I still live with my parents and go to college, so free housing is a plus so I can buy things like this an play.
I'll post the vin numbers tomorrow, thanks for the compliments everyone! I'll keep you all posted on the updates anytime they happen.
