Calling all trikers,
I have a 1985 Honda 250es Big Red with an aftermarket plastic clarke tank. The only problem I have is that the vent cap vents alot, and after installing a long vent tube, i still have leakage issues around the vent stem in the middle of the cap. So small an area I can't find a o ring clamp for the tube. Is this a common prob from a clark tank, or do i need a new cap? Does anyone have a good cap for sale? Thanks, sorry for the long thread! Keep on trikin!

You need better tubing is all I can think of, I've got a Clarkey on my SX w/ crappy auto parts store clear tubing to the cap & it's always coming off the cap, I'd try a more pliable type tubing(The blue stuff, like Raffa & others use for fuel lines comes to mind).

I have a clarke on my 85 350x. Never had a problem with it.

Where can I get some quality tubing, and what brand should I look for?
