86 200x Carrier possibilities?

Well my axle jam nut thing is still stuck on my axle, I'm thinking about cutting it off with my dremel. My carrier is toast as well. :cry:

A rad carrier is 260 dollars, and I would be getting a new lock nut for 40 dollars. I think the lock nut would be the clamping style. So I'm at 300 dollars to ride on a stock axle and I'm not sure I can upgrade even.

What would my best option be?
200x stuff-$300
300ex stuff, I have to get my calipers and measure it out. but I've seen it done.-$350
Get a 450r swinger in there, and weld new mounts up.-$450

Both the 300ex and 450r would have rad carriers and g-force axles. I'd be using my hubs.
I'd still need sprockets and brake stuff if it didn't fit. I have front brakes now only so it's not a big deal for rear brakes.

I put that durablue lock nut on my 350 and I really like it works and looks good to so its a two for one deal lol. Its just a lil pricey but I always was looking at them so one day I. Said heck with it and bought it lol.

Took some measurements today with my new calipers! Carrier inside dimensions 5.15" length 130.70-131.15mm and 3.22" width or 81.80mm. The swing arm width is 7.75" and 18" in length. Any ideas?

I couldn't find bearing size for my x, but 300ex is 40x62x12 what ever that means. help!
