cr500 carb on 250r?

probably have to change the slide, needle, and for sure the jets.. ,, is it a pj 38?

Did you mean the slide needle? or the slide and needle? I know it's a pj and i'd assume it's a 38mm.

Well actually it's on ebay, over night the bid went from 25 bucks to over a hundred! and it's not over yet! outa my price range, especially considering i could pretty near by a brand new fs Mikuni for that! Just one Q incase another one comes up, why would i need to change the slide?

your putting a carb setup for 500cc's on a 250cc machine ,, do you think its going to be setup right? half the cc's totally different fuel requirements..
