what to do with the frame?

So I have stripped the 200m down to the frame, and am having a dilemma. I don't think I am going to be able to pc the thing because of money(college stuent). Any ideas? I thought about spraying with the stuff that they spray on truck liners, but I don't know yet. Any suggestions on a good durable paint that will last? Also, aside for sand blasting do you guys have any tips on how to remove rust from this thing? I am going to try and post some pictures once I get around to it. Thanks.

I say use a grinder with wire wheel to grind off the paint/rust. Finish it with sandpaper where you cant reach with the girnder. then prime and spray it.

In my experience if you paint over old paint it tends to peel,if you dont prime it tends to peel.

same as above and use navel jelly to get at rust in tight places

I clean the frame down with a wire bruch.. Then I normally use a roll bar epoxy paint. Cost about $7 a can. I have done three frames this way and no peeling or problems with chemicals on it at all.
