ytm 200e HELP!

Hi guys i recently bought a ytm 200e chain drive that had a new camshaft but it needed the timing adjusted so i did that and it will idle fine but barely move.

Gas restriction? Try putting fueli into a 2 liter soda bottle and drilling a hole int he cap and using some clear tubing to go from the bottle directly to the carb. I ended up figuring out a restricted fuel line with one of my trikes by that method. Would idle fine but would not rev.

thanks for your response i checked that but it still will barely move i think im going to do a top end rebuild because i think it might have low compression
