big red 200es not starting

okay so i just got a big red, ran for 2-3 days now it wont start! it has compression, plug is good, the gas in it was a year old, and it wont start pull start or electric start, choke on or off, turns over just wont run
give me a checklist for things to check.

First check for spark. Then clean out the old fuel, tank, line, carb.
