Anyone ever gone here?

Has anyone here ever gone to the Salamaca Dice run in Western NY? I might go to it sometime. I heard that there are alot of mudholes and trails.

I've been there a half dozen times or more.approx. 25 miles long with lots of mud.You have to make sure you go first or last or you get stuck
in traffic jams in the middle.let me know when it is and if your going
we will ride together.

I might be getting a 200X soon, so I'm planning on going sometime. I'll let you know when.

I will be getting one myself within a couple of weeks.An 83 200x I believe
that is all original.

Do they allow 3 wheelers? I see ATV runs posted around here, I get excited then says... "4-wheelers only' at the bottom! :rolleyes: frickin golf carts! :evil: I'm in Dansvillle.

They allow any thing there.2,3,4,6,8, wheels.even seen a couple of oddesys once.and a polaris 6x6.there are always trikes at every one I have been to.

A friend of mine took his Big Red up there several years back, said mud was up to the racks! Thats pretty damn deep.

Too late guys.....looks like salamanca has gone the unfortunate path of cocheranton and cancelled all future runs..........I hate it when that happens!........Jack

I have heard them say that before,about two years ago after 5,000 riders
showed up.they canceled the fall run but had one the following spring.
I went to the one they had last spring and there were only about 2,000
riders.They say they can't get enough people to help out on the run and that the property owners want a share of the cash that is raised.They canceled parking in one feild because the owner wanted to charge a bunch
of cash at the last minute.It looks like we will have to take our money to
Rew PA. There riding area was expanded this year and they are still expanding,also have a mx track I hear.

Where's this place in PA? We should all get together and go down there sometime! I'm just 10 min off I-390 in Dansville and only about 25 min from Route 17/I-86 in Hornell. Or.... about 30min from end of 390 where it hooks up with 17/86.

Yea, it would be cool haveing a big "trike run" down in the dice run in PA. I never got the 200X so I'm selling my sled to get a 250R or 350X.

The Rew fire dept. had a dice run last weekend,No 3 wheelers were allowed.majestic camp is having a pig roast this weekend,it is a 2 day event.not sure if 3 wheelers are allowed or not.
