Hey Everyone,
Just curious if there are any relatively simple ways to increase the suspension travel on a 84 200s? I have a mill and lathe so cutting parts isn't a problem. Just wondering if anyone has done it.
Thanks

your best bet on something like this is going to be just going out and getting a 200X or 350X if you want suspension. Or 250sx what am I saying. Anyways you can always throw your 200S motor into a 200X frame if your really attached to the semi auto shifter set up. Its just going to be alot of work to modify a poor old 200S.

The bike is actually being converted into a fatcat, and 6-7 inches of travel in the front would be too much. I'm making a slow speed trail bike out of it. I believe the stock 200s has 3" of travel and I think 3.5-4" would be perfect.
