Can i put tri z tires and rims on my tri moto 125?

I need tires on my tri moto and was wondering if i could just buy used tri z tires and rims? Let me know if thats possible.

All the tri motos had a 3 bolt pattern, and the Tri Z has a 4 bolt pattern. The only way it could be done would be to swap the hubs, but I dont know for sure if the splines on the axle are the same or not.

I researched this last night. I plan on putting some 4/110 hubs on my 225dx so I can switch tires/wheels back on forth with my 200x. Here's some info to look at:
