Ya, it looks like that motor gave an extra 75 to 100 pounds. Late 70's early 80's 650 twin was good for no more than around 55 to 60 horses.Didnt make any power up top, probably had decent low engine speed torque.
Unique though. There is a Honda 3 wheeler, looks to be a 185s or something like that with the frame modified to house an old RD350 motor with front suspension floating on craigslist here in San Diego right now. Now that would be a handfull to handle!

the reason it fits so good is because the whole lower frame is custom.. I agree with Mr Mxrules....double the poneys not the weight!

I think it's cool. I had a 1980 Yamaha 650 twin. Good low end torque, not much up top..........Gotta admit, it's different.

I had a 350x with a cb360 motor in it... HEAVY
