1 had kenda trakker
2 had their stock tires on.
I did see allot of gecko's on other machines.

a 400ex would do great in the dunes not as good as banshess and quadzillas and other stuff like that, but it would do good. As for sand tires i like the Geckos

The 400ex will perform great in the dunes. You probably won't kick arse in the sand drags. When you get tired of the open dunes go run some trails with a few Banshees and Raptors and you'll lead the pack if you can ride worth a darn. A good handling quad is 10 times better than excesive power when it comes to the trails. Just go down a huge hill flip a tit and go straight back up. The Raptors will puke out going up there center of gravity is to high, they can not climb at a slower speed. I love doing that trick to my riding buddies, and I do it on my atc R.

i have a set on my kfx 400, u won't win a drag race with them and personally if you have the power i would try a set of straight paddles. they do fine but i think the kfx could handle straight paddles and get u there alot faster. that's my opinion. :)

I love my Gecko. I can turn alot better with the geckos and start and stop going up hill. i have them on 10 in rims so the side walls are short but the v-tread paddles are the best yet for maneuverablitly!
