OK I measured my piston and cylinder with a micrometer and the measurement does not make sense help
I believe that my cylinder is board 1.00 oversize
piston stock is 3.188 and min is 3.280 .92 bigger then stock
cylinder stock is 3.189 and min is 3.210 .021 bigger then stock
and my cylinder wall thickness is o.36

my piston is 3.270 not 3.280 so it is .82 bigger then stock
what bore sises is it

if your just rebuilding take it to the dealer ship they can measure the cylinder and get you the right piston and rings for it.

3.210 = 81.5 mm, so it looks like your cylinder is bored .5mm (.020) over. I'm not sure about that 3.280 piston size. Where did you get it and what exactly are you trying to do, make your cylinder fit that piston?

i open d up my engine because i had 115 psi concretion and i took my micrometer and measured my piston and cylinder and that was the measurement i got and the piston is 3.270 not 3.280

Seems like you don't know how to read it, your mike suks.......... Or your looking at 83MM's whick is 2MM over stock, probably no bores left....... Your wall thickness is THIN.
Any inch measurement multiply x 25.4 and that converts to metric.
Like the other reply said, just bring it to the dealer, they have bore gauges and can tell you where you stand. Bores wear more front to back than side to side.

Your really confusing me, Your piston measures 3.27 and your cylinder bore size is 3.21? That won't fit. Check again your doing something wrong.

Did you double check that measurement with the dial calipers, If that mic is accurate, it's just like DC said, your cylinder is 2mm over stock, probably no bores left. Resleeve or buy another cylinder.

Hang on, That mic looks like it's in the 3.230 range at most, kinda hard to tell by a pic., Are you sure you know how to read it? like I said double check the pison size with the calipers.

Pic 4 is 3.207 and pic 6 is 3.208 or 81.5mm
