Was watching the American Chopper show today on the Gander Mountain Bike. If anyone hasn't seen it, they show a pretty cool way called "Fluid Imaging Technology" to apply a Camo finish to parts. This got me thinking to the threads I've read of people that have put camo patterns on their trikes. Thought I'd share if anyone was wanting to give it try. Looks like can be applied to various types of materials too. Tarjac (http://www.tarjac.com/) is the company that does it on the show.

There is a person over at glamis dunes who did that to a 70, but they applied the dollar bills all over a set of green tank and fenders. Way cool to see how they do the process. Have you seen the video of how they do the spray chrome? Wild stuff.

That was awesome! Seems like a simple process. Wonder how much $$$ to do a full set of trike plastics and tank? Is that facility near any members?

yeah pretty cool way to camo but like you I wonder how much "abuse" it can take out on the trails.

I haven't heard of spray chrome before, but just looked up videos on it and that turns out great. Amazing things people can do now for sure.
Not sure how it was done to my sons knock-off ATV. Seems to hold up pretty well. Plain green plastic under the heavy scratches.
And yes, I know. The front tires were put on wrong, I swapped them around right after the pic. Pic was taken the day I got it and had to assemble it before my oldest got home from school for a Christmas gift.

I was blown away by this. I would not want to camo my trike, because plastics are hard to come by. However, I would totally do this to one of my dirtbikes!
I was watching the same OCC show, and was going to post something. (I forgot) After a quick Google search I came up with this: ATV Fenders – Front, Rear, Tank Starting at $350

I guess it’s all up to your budget, camo duck tape for $16 all the way up to Hydrographics for $350. COOL stuff though.
