I want to put a DG exhaust on my Tri Zinger and got a used set from eBay a while back.

Tried to mount it now and the silencer and the header pipe just won´t fit together.
Maybe somebody can post some pics of the DG pipe routing on the Zinger.
A picture of the unmounted header pipe only would also help.

Either the seller sent me a wrong header pipe or I´m just too stupid to mount it.
Seems to me that the header is a little short.

I want to make a series of weld on silencers for the DG pipe that replace the piece that sticks out of the frame. If I go from a non working template here, the whole series will be junk.
Any help is appreciated, thanks in advance

Thanks, but I have seen the pic on dgperf. It looks like the header pipeon the pic is a little longer than mine.
Is there a place where I can buy a DG exhaust except dgperf.com ?
I didn´t find them on eBay at the moment.
Thanks

http://www.atvoverstock.com/

They are the only people I have seen sell them. They don't have any listed now. They were also selling them on Ebay.

I think you need to loosen it all up , rotate the front pipe and push the silencer forward.. get the two pipes together and then tighten it all up,,, it looks to be the right one..
