Try http://www.dehnerssports.com/Breakin.html. It's been awhile since I've rebuilt an engine, but this procedure appears extremely detailed and thorough. Make sure you follow the 4-stroke steps and DO NOT skip changing the engine oil after the break in procedure.

That is what a lot of manuals recommend for the break-in procedure on ATV's. It's good advice, and make up a schedule to do an oil change after every 10 hours of riding or so to keep your engine running in its top condition.

I just take it easy, always changing gears and varying speeds but never above 1/3rd throttle. Let it cool, repeat up to 3/4 throttle. Let it cool, some bursts of WOT and then I drain my oil. I've never blown an engine scored cam journals etc etc.
