What if any engine parts are interchangeable between a 200m and 200x

I am pretty sure the motors are some what similar. I just picked up a 200m and want it to be able to keep up with 250 SX on straights and frozen lakes (it seams like it will be blast in the snow). How much slower will the 200m be then my 250 SX?

200 top end engines are interchangeable. 200x top end with give you a little more juice.
