Getting the needle out of 38 pwk airstryker

I see the hex with the cable retainer under the spring. Do I move the spring up and try to unscrew it? Little confused. These seems very difficult.

Push the spring up in the cap the best you can, Hold the cable with your thumb and fore-finger, push down on it and push it out of the slot. With the cable out of the way, I use a pair of needle nose- push down on the holder, give it a turn, either a 1/4 or 1/2 (can't remember) It will turn out of it's slot and come out, revealing the needle underneath. All this assuming a pwk works like a pj, cause thats what I have.

Your right up untill the Holder, The hex is a Nut, that retains the needle, just unscrew it once the spring and cable are out of the way.
