well it seems there has been a few crashes lately from board members and unfortunately I am adding one to the tally. I am writing this from the hospital where I've been in serious pain since Thursday when I hit a wash out in the road and flipped my trike. It took 2 hours to get me off the mountain where I was riding and got to ride in a helicopter. It all happened in like a millisecond and I'm not really sure how it all went down but I have 6 broken ribs, a broken clavicle, a punctured lung and a huge gash on my leg. Luckily I was wearing a helmet or I would certainly be dead... Not sure what the 250 looks like but my wife said it has to go....

That really sucks to hear man. I hope you have a speedy recovery and you don't have to get rid of the trike.

Your still alive thats what counts. I took a hard crash last month that totaled the bike and thank god I had my gear on.( see Hazelton Ride Nov 10th for pics) May you have a speedy recovery and hopefully you'll have some HOT nurses to spongebath you down. As for the wife it's cheaper to get rid of the bike then her. You'll allways have a chance to get another.

I am terribly sorry. Life in the hospital is a life I know all to well. Just the smell gives me alot of flashbacks and automatically puts me in pain mode.

so the 250 has to go, thats ok i had to do the same with a 400ex.
With some time you might be able to talk your way into a "slow and safe" 110...=P thats was my story to the family after one of my crashes. The 110 is to slow to get into any real trouble.....right ;)

not a bad idea...although I think anything with only 3 wheels is gonna be a problem
