View Full Version : Did any one ever make a stock bore (ish) 13.1 high comp piston for the 350x?

I know powroll makes a 393cc BIG BORE 13.1 piston. But I'd like to know if BAPP or phase 5 made a stock bore 13.1 piston or some other aftermarket company made a 13.1 piston for the 350x.. And if any one has any info on this subject that would be nice......Also if anyone has a 13.1 piston kit for sale I'd be very interested in taking it off your hands...:)

I never heard of one for the 350x and I doubt Powroll makes the pistons they use in that bug bore. It is more likely a piston from another motor and that why it is 13-1 and not the more widely used 12-1.
Can I ask why you NEED the extra point of compression?

Powroll uses Aries pistons in their 200x stroker engines, I would have to think they use the same company for the rest of their piston needs.

That would be Arias pistons, not Aries pistons. LOL

Because. I would like to run it methanol (because its 25 cents cheaper per gallon than 87 octane pump gas) and I want to squeeze every little bit of compresion out of it (but still keeping it on the reilable side. witch is 13.1 and under).

Methanol is a dry fuel and the burn rate is quicker. Giant jets and advanced timing:naughty:. Super Drag Machine????

Right, Spelling error. I haven't looked at my piston from them since it went in the engine.
