Tri-Zinger price and parts avalability

Found a Tri-zinger 60 for sale locally, neeeds throttle cable and spark plug wire. How hard are these to obtain? Seat is torn but plastic is ok, no cracks just faded. Blue in color, needs front tire. Wants $125 for it.

Yes, shaft driven and oh so much fun...

Shaft driven and single speed with a centrifugal clutch. Front fenders are pretty much possible to find. Also the front "suspension" is pretty much impossible to find.
