im into rc trucks i have 3

traxxas summit.i stretch the chassis to fit the chevy avalanche body
also has 8.5 tall tires..front and rear locking diffs..im working on a snow plow for it now. its Electric and dose 20mph high gear its 25:1 and low is 70:1

this is my traxxas slash..2wd short course truck its Electric dose 30mph
has beadlocks..rooflights and front bumper lights the rearend is locked

the last is a traxxas tmaxx 3.3 was power bye a nitro power engine but it got so annoying tuning it every hour i just converted to electric also im going to put a brushless system in it as well

Sweet man. I have a few traxxas vehicles too. I have a tmaxx 2.5, nitro rustler, and a stampede. None of them run right now though lol. I had a nice brushless emaxx but i sold it a couple of months ago to help pay for my 250r. When I get some cash I will fix my tmaxx and stampede. Miss the sound of the nitro engine!! Here is my old emaxx.

I would love to get a 1/5!! My brother made a brushless 1/8 stampede that runs on only a 2s lipo but it HAULS. Does over 40 easy and will pull wheelies all day long. My stampede has a 15t speedgems and it does pretty good but i want to go brushless with that.

I just got scammed on ebay for a 1/5 HPI Baja 5T. I knew the price was a bit to cheap. After i finish getting my losses from ebay/ paypal i plan on atempting to buy another. Then i will sell off my brushless stuff.

yea the slash is bruhless it has the ezrun 60amp but when i order the system i got the smaller motor..and yea i wanted a 5th scale ever snice i seen the baja but i wanted somthing 4wd..ill have it christmas...i cant wait..and nice jato.

Been building and racing RC cars for about 16 years now, I've had just about every kind of RC car/truck you could imagine. I still race 1/8th scale nitro buggys, I have a Kyosho MP9 with OS-VZB and all the other goodies. And here's a pic of one of my last races, I'm the car in the air top right.

macs...if u want speed go with the baja but if u want a 4wd i would get the redcat rampage i bought mine for 649.00 off ebay free shiping comes with metal gear servos alum shocktowers beadlock rims..26cc engine..im geting mine christmas ill get some pics of it..

I have a baja and i really like it. No tuning required and its pretty durable. The only problems are its hard to find a place big enough to drive it because of its size and speed and its next to impossible to find a track you can run it at.

i've had a few of these nitro cars myself , but for me it seemed like most of the hobby is keeping the dam thing running rather than having fun with it ... lol ... just my experience

Not always man, if you have good stuff it should run, I race my cars and I never ever have to tune them.

X2. As long as you do regular maintenance and get good quality parts, they have a lot less problems.

yea with nirto thats the truth but with electric or gas rc there alot of fun

Money pits.... I worked at the Hobby Store, had nitros, electrics, boats, trucks, planes.... Its a rich mans sport! Just sold off my last one (Jato) and couldnt be happier (at the moment) Although, a 1/18 Losi would be kinda fun in the house....
