A few questions on the 84 Tri Moto 200. Is any plastic available for these anymore? Did it come in yellow and blue originally? How about gas tank availability? Lastly, anybody here have one? What do you think of it as a utility/ trail bike for goofing around on? Have a line on one for my wife, thinking of picking it up.

Thanks for any help.

you can find parts for these on ebay, theres lots of it going around there.. As for how good they are, they are good trikes, they're known for being a solid built trike.. I have one and like it so far.. I just posted a helmet cam video of me bombin around in the snow on it.. look down a little ways, you should see it..

I have an 83 200 and it is the perfect all around trail rider and works great for just riding around on. It's simple and built well. If your wife is new to three wheelers, this would be a really good starter bike

I like the way they can wheelie - I used to be able to ride a wheelie on my old YTM 200 for at least a mile, no joke. The front ends are pretty light, and thats what makes for great wheelies. I think they ride better than the Honda 185/200s, they seem to have a little better suspension design, and feel lighter. It would be a great starter bike, and a good machine for all seasons. I used mine to pull the fish house out on the frozen lake in the winter, and it always worked great for that. Pick it up if the price is right!
