I have a zrt and it takes alot of rpms to get it moving once it gets going it boggs down. i think it might be the clutch any ideas?

Could be the clutch yes... Does it do it all all temperatures or only once warmed up? And at what rpm range does it do it at?

your first mistake was getting a 600, biggest pos ac made, they are very problematic sleds. i would try to find a 800 motor, my brother and a friend of ours have 800s and they have no problems at all.
on your sled, check both clutches, it might have a stiff primary spring causing high engagment, take it somewhere a get the carbs tuned it

Have you ever torn down and cleaned the primary clutch? From what I'm reading it should be an annual maintenance item if you want to get the best performance out of the clutch.
