What other parts would I need to use a Wiseco piston kit?

I have an 84 200x and am rebuilding the top end. I want to put a high compression piston in but I am unsure of what other changes I would need to make? Jet, different cam, different exhaust, tougher valves? I haven't ordered anything yet so I still need to make a decision. I am hoping to get some more oomph out of her when I am done but I don't really know how to best go about that.
