got a question i am wanting to pull the swing arm on my 85 sx and cant seem to fine the right socket to pull the pivot bolt out any one know were one can be found at trying to get it all apart so i can get it powder coated and finish getting it back togeather thanks for any help you guys can give me

Have you loosen the locknut first? You can use a punch or cut a socket to fit the locknut. If you meant what to use to remove the entire pivot bolt, you can double nut a bolt and use it as an allen bit. I'm not sure whats the size but its either 14mm or 17mm.

It is 17mm, Honda also makes a special tool for it, but it doesn't come cheap. Most guys just cut up a socket to make one

ok awsome thanks guys guess ill be getting a socket and doin a little welding to make my own tool cause i have tryed to search every place and couldnt find the tool and a 17 mm allen to easy thanks cause i dont wanna mess up my restoration parts before i get tham painted and back togeather thanks so much and were did you find your tool mrpretty thanks again

Heres an example of what it could look like. A dremel and cutting discs should do it.
