Plastic restoration

i was wondering what methods you guys think would be best to bring that shine back to my plastic, im not sure what method to try and was wanting to try something in the next week or so

On my quad I always use baby oil. Very nice shine, if you aint got the wax.

well, mine is kind of faded, so i was wondering if i should sand or what other method i should use?
