I.m a newbie to this forum, I been a lurker for a while, This site has a lot of info for the ATC's.
I have loved the Honda ATC's since the earlier 80's when my buddy got a ATC110 in 1982. I wanted one so bad and my parents would not have it. So, I was at my buddy's house all the time riding his. Then he got a 200s the next year and we ride them all the time. Love winter time on three wheelers. Then in 85 he got the 85, 250R that was such awesome machine. It was nothing for us to ride for hours on end.
So in 1988 when I graduated, I bought a clean used 1985 Honda 200x it was a great bike, But I ended up selling it to buy my friends 250R. When he got back for break from collage, I called him to get it. He told me that someone broke into there garage and stole it, so I never got it. And it was never found.
So, I then got a 1987 Yamaha Banshee. I had it for 10 years. Sold it to buy a house.
So not to drag this out, I ended up replacing my 1985 ATC200x with a clean original one in 2006 and also got a clean one owner 1985 ATC110. I also got two more ATC's, 81-82 ATC110's that i,m redoing slowly. There all fun machines. Still like a original 85, 250R and 350X someday.
