Tecate pipe Q? and possible identification

Ok ive started to get ready to start the build on my 155 dollar kxt 250 B1..
The bike had tis pipe pn there when i picked it up... it seemed to make good power on the bike and sound quite well... BUT the fitment left something to be desired seemed like it didnt seal to well on the motor side and rubbed the radiator a little... and had a bad weld job on some sort of stinger mod
It had some numbers on the pipe if there would help

if i had to guess its a kx 250 pipe but may be wrong...if so what mods are you tecate guys doing to these to get them to fit better

I plan on cutting (sectioning) pipe to get it to fit correctly possibly one near the flange and one or two near the upper mount.... My reasoning is at this time the pipe seems to work well just fits like crap and i have more time then money right now i think i could use the money saved by doing this to put toward other issues with the bike for now..... What do you all think

looks to be about the same even rubs radiator in same spot lol..
Do you still have the tecate or did you sell it yet

Yes those are banshee fenders that previous owner rigged on there... itll be a completely different beast in a month or so though

those pipes are not the same. starquestjoes is aftermarket. I am not real familiar with second gen pipes, but if i had guess i would say DG judging by the spring hooks and mount tab..
