i think my tecate has kx radiators

Well after looking at it a little harder i think someone swapped kx radiators on to my 86 tecate.. my shrouds dont quite fit right and from looking at pics they look more like the ones for the kx then the tecate... any thoughts

As far as I am concerned the 86 KX250 radiators are the same as the tecate. I've have 2 tecate sets and 2 86 KX250s sets.

**edit** on second look- they look close and may just be all tweaked out.

(all the other issues- rad cap, bolt holes,....???). Bummer dude.

all the mounting holes on the frame side line up ok... mine are a little tweaked on the outer areas... If you were to take kx and kxt rads side by side how do they compare is there a big difference in size and outer shroud mounting points

they look almost identical to mine, except yours are a bit tweaked where the black fins (?) attach. sorry my pics are sideways...
