Hi,... although I'm probably much older than a lot of you (64 years old), I'm completely new to the world of 3-wheelers. I bought my very first 3-wheeler just a few weeks ago, a Honda 200.
I haven't heard it run yet because the starter re-wind is messed up.
Once it's it's up and running I hope to use it for various chores around my farm. I've got arthritus in my hips pretty bad, so I'm really looking forwards to using this machine to save me alot of pain from walking.

I just wanted to stop in and say "HOWDY" and I'm looking forwards to learning more about these interesting machines here on this forum. :beer

Welcome RoninKS! I have bad arthritis also but not quite as old as you. I have been playing with three wheelers for a little while now and love them. My kids, grandkids, etc. come over quite a bit during the warmer months in upstate NY and we ride together. This is a great site, I learned a lot! Members have been very helpful with my MANY questions as I grow and learn. Here's what I've learned about riding with my arthritis, three wheelers with front and rear suspension are best for me. My favorites I have owned are the Honda Big Red 250 (Big Red 200 has no rear suspension), and the Honda 250 SX which has front and rear suspension with reverse. I also learned on my bad days if riding (humid out etc.), you can let a little air out of the tires which also helps. The Honda Big Red 200 does have the larger 25-12-9 tires though and according to the manual you can run them with little air, all depends on what your chores involve I guess. Hope you enjoy the Forum, Tim

Thanks for the welcomes,... I've always checked my fences on horseback, but it's getting harder and harder to "mount and dismount" each year due to my arthritis.
I think this Honda 200 will serve me well for the various chores the horses used to do.

I'll never git rid of my horses, as they have become "members" of my family after all these years,.... fact is, they're probably glad to see the 3-wheeler put them out of a job. LOL
