carb questions

i was wondering about the 200x carb from eBay, would it work better if i took my rebuild kit for my 185s carb and put the jets and such from it and put in the 200x carb?

i dont think that would work, what you want is the opposite, jets in a 185 carb are smaller than the ones in the 200x carb,,, bigger jets=more power, id go for the whole 200x carb and install if its a direct bolt, you would probably have to pla with the jet needle to get it set right 1 notch at a time and tune the air+ fuel mixture screw 1/4 turns out at a time.
