engine cleaner?

I have an 82 Honda 200, and the exterior of the engine is oxidized. What sort of cleaner or solvent should I use to bring it back to original condition? any help appreciated :)

first id try spaying it with GUNK, let it sit for 10 mins. then pressure wash it off.

Use metal cleaner. You can get a spray can from www.denniskirk.com Works good for cleaning motor or metal surfaces.
