Iook the switch assembly apart and the red on/off switch looks like there should be a little ball bearing or something that it rides on to turn it off and on??? The red switch just moves freely back and forth now, and will turn the engine off on its own.I have had it taped in the run position to stop it from doing that.Any idea if there is supposed to be like a tiny ball bearing or something in there??It It looks like on the switch there is an indentation where it should ride on a tiny ball bearing or something? Any tips for repairing this? Thanks in advance.

yes there should be a bearing there. and those are hard to locate. best way is to find a busted up switch assembly and pull it foorm it, or get a good assembly off ebay or on here. you should look at about $30 for another good working assembly.

btw, there is supposed to be a spring in there as well that causes the bearing to put pressure on hte metal tab on the inside. so both may be lost.

Hey if you can take a picture of where the missing parts go, I have a 200x switch that I scavenged for parts a while back, and these parts might interchange.
